Quality Issues

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a genuine quality problem, please provide clear photos or videos as proof.

We will take responsibility for verified quality issues.
Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

If your package is held by customs, we can resend it once.
No Returns Accepted for:

Subjective complaints (e.g., “don’t like the taste,” “not effective”).

Items that have been opened, used, or with packaging damaged.

Incorrect product purchased by the customer (wrong flavor, wrong type).

Items returned without authorization or improperly packaged.

Refunds
A refund will be issued only after we receive the product and confirm it meets return requirements.
