Return & After-Sales Policy(Tea Products – Simplified Version)

We aim to provide excellent customer service. If you have any questions about your order, please contact Customer Service first.

General Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for quality issues or incorrect items.

  • All products must be returned in original condition, unopened, unused, and with all packaging intact.

Before Purchasing

  • Please confirm the product type, flavor, weight, and quantity before placing an order.

  • For non-quality related reasons (e.g., “not suitable,” “don’t like the taste”), returns are not accepted.

Quality Issues

  • If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a genuine quality problem, please provide clear photos or videos as proof.

  • We will take responsibility for verified quality issues.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

  • If your package is held by customs, we can resend it once.

No Returns Accepted for:

  1. Subjective complaints (e.g., “don’t like the taste,” “not effective”).

  2. Items that have been opened, used, or with packaging damaged.

  3. Incorrect product purchased by the customer (wrong flavor, wrong type).

  4. Items returned without authorization or improperly packaged.

  5. Products with issues already shown in pre-shipment photos (if applicable).

Refunds

A refund will be issued only after we receive the product and confirm it meets return requirements.
